Most Federal and state office buildings will be closed Friday, June 19, 2026.

This year’s celebration to honor the end of slavery in the United States falls on Friday, June 19. Recognized as a federal holiday in 2021 and by Oregon in 2022, Juneteenth continues to grow as communities honor the past while building toward a more equitable future.
