At 1:30 p.m., The Rate Bowl with New Mexico and Minnesota. and, at 5 p.m., First Responder Bowl with FIU and UTSA. All on ESPN. Saturday, Dec. 27: It’s the Military Bowl, 8 a.m., Pittsburgh and East Carolina; 9 a.m., Pinstripe Bowl, between Penn State and Clemson (ABC); at 11:15 am., Fenway Bowl, UConn and Army. At 12:30 p.m., the Pop-Tarts Bowl between Georgia Tech and BYU (ABC). At 1:30 p.m., the Arizona Bowl between Miami (OH) and Fresno State (CW). At 2:45 p.m., New Mexico Bowl with North Texas and San Diego State. At 4:30 p.m., the Gator Bowl (ABC), Virginia and Missouri.
