Clackamas' Jazzy Davidson (33) boxes out a McMinnville player during an OSAA Class 6A girls basketball state quarterfinal game on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the Chiles Center. Despite among the favorites to win the Class 6A state championship for the past four years, the Cavaliers were ranked No. 5 in the 2024-25 postseason.

An upcoming meeting of the Oregon School Activities Association’s rankings committee could alter the way Oregon high school playoff brackets are put together.

HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION On 12/27/25 at about 2:45pm, officers were dispatched to a disturbance with a weapon at a residence near SE Tualatin Valley Highway and SE 18th Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased person in a car in the driveway of the residence. Officers quickly identifed a suspect. At about 4:30pm, with the assistance of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Negotiations Team, the suspect was arrested following a traffic stop near SE Brookwood Avenue and SE Davis Road. There is no danger to the community. This investigation is still ongoing and additional details may be released in the future. If you have information about the case please contact dispatch and reference Case # 25-25527.

It takes over 100 volunteers to put on one of our Summer productions & we have plenty of behind the scenes stuff you can help with if the stage is not for you. We have backstage, light booth, Greeters, Bar Crew, & art just to name a few. We our looking forward to a wonderful 2026 season & we can't wait to see y'all soon 😉
