Today, we celebrated a milestone moment and nobody embodies that word quite like Bill Gerski!
As VP of Marketing and Sales at Beacon Broadband, Bill arrived when Beacon had 200 subscribers and leaves with 6,500 customers served across the Southern Oregon Coast. That growth doesn't happen without vision, hustle, and genuine relationships and Bill brought all three.
At today's retirement celebration, CEO Brent Bischoff honored Bill as Beacon's "Milestone Man" and reflected on the leadership, friendship, and lasting impact he brought to this team from September 2022 through March 2026. In a fitting twist, Bill also holds the distinction of being Beacon Broadband's first-ever retiree.
Bill took a moment to recognize the staff, customers, vendors, media, and elected officials who made his work possible and his time here so meaningful.
