IT Support Specialist
Location: Port Orford (with travel across service territory)
We're looking for a technology professional to serve as frontline IT support for our organization. This role provides help desk support, configures and maintains enterprise devices, supports security protocols, and delivers technical training to employees. The position offers excellent exposure to the electric utility sector with opportunities to work across multiple CCEC locations and support both CCEC and Beacon Broadband operations.
Requirements: Associate's degree in IT preferred, minimum 3 years' experience, COMPTIA certifications preferred.
Member Services Representative
Location: Port Orford
Join our member-focused team delivering exceptional service to cooperative members. This role combines customer service excellence with operational support, including payment processing, service order coordination, revenue collection, and community engagement. You'll help new members connect to our services while supporting existing member needs with compassion and professionalism.
Requirements: High school diploma, 3 years customer service experience, electric utility experience preferred.
