District Governor Chris Waugh Visits Eugene Delta Rotary District Governor Chris Waugh visited the vibrant Rotary Club of Eugene Delta on Friday, January 16, 2026. The club meets at the Pacific Crest Council of Scouting America. During the visit, Governor Waugh joined Past District Governor Claudette McWilliams at the invitation of Club President Mary Reilly to present two Paul Harris Fellow awards, highlighting the power of The Rotary Foundation. Among the honorees was President-Elect Kerry Oliver, recognized both for her service and for her stellar work as Membership Chair.
