Description

Two new wildfires broke out late Friday and Saturday on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, prompting Level 3 GO NOW evacuations of Simnasho and in the Greeley Heights area of Warm Springs and the closure for several hours of a more than 30-mile stretch of U.S. Highway 26. But major air and ground attacks brought lower evacuation levels on both fires by the end of the day.
