DALLAS, TX. — Eloisa Schessler couldn’t wait for FIFA World Cup fans to descend on Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas. She and her husband operate a food truck, Eloisa’s Kitchen, and a smaller food trailer, Eloisa’s Bodega, at the park.
