Upon arrival, Dominic Dibartolomeo (56) was located on the property in violation of his restraining order and taken into custody. Mr. Dibartolomeo was transported to the Coos County Jail.  
   
“Police action is not indicative of guilt.  All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
