DEAR ABBY: I’m a 77-year-old woman with a 27-year-old granddaughter who loves electronic gadgets and toys. She’s comfortable financially and often buys expensive gifts for me.

Francis was on routine patrol in Charleston when she observed a male, Norman Kohl (61), in the Seaport RV Park. Deputy Francis believed that Mr. Kohl had an active warrant for his arrest. Coos County Dispatch confirmed that Mr. Kohl had an active Felony warrant for his arrest, specifically for Theft in the First Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, and Criminal Trespass. Mr. Kohl was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Coos County Jal, where he was booked, processed, and lodged. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
