The Gardens at Shore Acres was a busy place today. The Rhodies and many other flowering shrubs and plants are starting to flower. The rangers were busy planting Dahlia tubers for a summer show and the park hosts were trained how to operate the Information and Gift Center. Visitors were out enjoying themselves despite the Oregon weather. It was a good day in the garden. The Rhododendrons should be in full bloom in a couple of weeks depending on the weather and Mother Nature. Don't forget the annual Rhododendron Mother's Day Celebration.
