Mayor Keith Wilson has requested $4 million from Clackamas County to fund city shelters amid tight budgets. That’s on top of another request sent to Washington County.

Portland Mayor Keith Wilson is asking Clackamas County for $4 million to fund the city’s homeless shelter system, according to a letter obtained by The Oregonian/OregonLive.
