2025-2026 District Governor, Chris Waugh, receives a glass rose from outgoing District Governor, Nelson Maler in Newport on Saturday, June 28th.

The Newport Club planned their President Changeover on June 28th, and invited the District to hold the Governor Changeover at the same time. Since Newport Club was where Chris Waugh started her Rotary journey, it seemed fitting.
