After conducting a detailed member satisfaction survey, the club condensed a 10-page analysis into a single, clear infographic to focus efforts on leadership and meetings – a smart strategy for member engagement. Metro is also innovating in fundraising with a personalized approach: hosted house parties. Members invite friends and family to social gatherings centered on a cause the host personally cares about, with donations directed through the club’s foundation to board-approved projects.
