They meet each Tuesday at noon at the Graduate Hotel. Governor Waugh learned about the club's innovative "Rotary Connects" program—a casual, fireside-style gathering designed to warmly welcome and integrate new and prospective members, fostering relationships and Rotary knowledge in a relaxed setting. The Eugene club has demonstrated extraordinary generosity, contributing a remarkable $547,815 to The Rotary Foundation's Annual Fund since 2007. In recognition of their ongoing commitment, Governor Waugh had the honor of presenting 15 new Paul Harris Fellow awards during the meeting. Service remains at the club's core. Members Jesse Quinn and Kristina Gribskov highlighted a powerful local project: a partnership with Set Aside Clinics to assist community members in completing the paperwork to remove eligible criminal records, helping them secure employment, housing, and a fresh start. Governor Waugh commends the Eugene club for its historic legacy, its profound generosity, and its deep, meaningful impact on the community. #Rotary #DistrictGovernor #ChrisWaugh #EugeneRotary #RotaryFoundation #PaulHarrisFellow #ServiceAboveSelf #CommunityImpact #RotaryConnectsPhotos from Rotary District 5110's post
