Description

A man was arrested after allegedly speeding and crashing his car in Northeast Portland.

Two cars hit speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour on Interstate 84 on Thursday night, leading to an arrest after one of the drivers eventually crashed in Northeast Portland’s Lloyd District, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said.
