Jonathan Dowdy was drunk behind the wheel when he struck the Umpqua Community College's softball team bus on April 18, 2025.

A Coos Bay man pleaded guilty Monday in the drunk driving crash that killed a beloved softball coach and promising young Umpqua Community College student-athlete in April.
