Description
The man who drove a car onto the Blumenauer Bridge in Portland’s Central Eastside on Saturday was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, the Portland police said.
Jose Soto-Aguilar, 28, of Portland, was cited for DUII, reckless driving, failure to perform the duties of a driver and criminal mischief, Portland Police Bureau spokesperson Mike Benner told The Oregonian/OregonLive.
