Description
The Portland Winterhawks put together a much better game in Game 2 than in Game 1, and it’s a closer result, but in the end the Everett Silvertips, the best team in the Western Hockey League, are just too much, and they take Game 2 of the 1st round of the playoffs by a 4-1 score. They hold serve with a 2-0 series lead and the series going back to Portland Tuesday and Wednesday.
