Description

On Friday at 2:01 p.m. an extreme heat warning was released by the National Weather Service valid from Sunday noon until Tuesday 5 a.m. for West Columbia River Gorge of Oregon above 500 ft, Clackamas County Cascade Foothills, Cascade Foothills of Marion and Linn counties and Lane County Cascade Foothills.

The weather service describes, "Dangerously hot conditions with temperatures up to 95 to 102 degrees expected coupled with mild overnight low temperatures of 60 to 70 degrees."
