UO release - by:  Rob Moseley, Oregon was up 10 late in the first half but Illinois came back to win Saturday afternoon.  CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — A first-half lead didn't hold up for the Oregon football team Saturday, as the Ducks lost 21-10 at Illinois.  The Ducks drove to a touchdown on the opening possession of the game and led 10-0 late in the first half. But the Illini scored on a 75-yard run with 2:15 left before halftime, then added two more touchdowns in the second half to come away with the win.  Oregon fell to 4-3 overall and 2-2 in Big Ten play with the loss. The Ducks played their third straight game without injured quarterback Dante Moore.  "Credit to Illinois, thought they were the tougher team today," UO coach Dan Lanning said. "That definitely showed up in the second half. Kind of the tale of two halves. We weren't efficient enough on either side of the ball."  Dylan Raiola led the Ducks on an 11-play, 75-yard drive to open the game, capped by a Jordon Davison rushing touchdown. Gage Hurych added a 20-yard field goal with 2:29 left before halftime and Oregon was up, 10-0.  But Illinois scored on the next play from scrimmage, a 75-yard touchdown run, and scored again in each of the final two quarters.  "We've got to evaluate exactly who we are," Lanning said. "Each person's got to look in their heart and respond, and say exactly what they want to go attack and what they can improve and get better. And that's really where the focus has to be."  Raiola finished 27-of-41 passing for 246 yards, Davison ran for 92 yards and Dierre Hill added 83 rushing yards. Dakorien Moore caught nine passes for 70 yards to lead a UO receiving corps depleted by absences.  Teitum Tuioti had eight tackles with a career-high 2.5 sacks to lead the UO defense, and he was also the lead blocker on Davison's rushing touchdown as the Ducks continued to look for creative ways to move the ball in the absence of Dante Moore.  "I think all things are on the table for us, to make sure that we're the best version of ourselves," Lanning said. "And we're currently not that, that's very clear."  The Ducks now return home to close out October with a Halloween game against Northwestern in Autzen Stadium.
