Description
A motorcyclist died Thursday night after the rider slammed into the back of a parked construction vehicle on Interstate 5 at North Killingsworth Street, according to Portland police.
Police responded to the scene around 11:30 p.m. and found the motorcyclist had crashed into a construction truck blocking a lane where work was happening.
