Lawyers from the Innovation Law Lab said they anticipated the 24-year-old man from Mexico's release Tuesday night from detention in Tacoma, Washington.

A federal judge in Oregon on Tuesday ordered the government to immediately release a 24-year-old asylum seeker from Mexico who was arrested in the hallway of Portland Immigration Court on June 5 and held in a detention center in Tacoma.
