Description

Federal agents fire pepper balls to push a group of protesters away from the ICE building.

A Federal Protective Service incident commander and five agency officers said in videotaped depositions played in court Tuesday that they fired pepper balls or doused protesters with hand-held pepper spray outside Portland’s immigration enforcement building because the demonstrators failed to follow orders.
