Travis William Juhr, accused of making online threats to ICE supporters, is now accused in federal court of making online threats. He has frequented protests outside Portland's immigration enforcement building, wearing this jacket and holding a Captain America shield.

A federal judge on Thursday ordered a mental health assessment for a Portland man accused of making online threats against President Donald Trump and his supporters.
