Description

Federal agents deployed tear gas against protesters just after 7:30 p.m. near the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security plans to appeal an Oregon federal judge’s order restricting its officers’ use of tear gas and other chemical munitions outside Portland’s immigration enforcement building that could seep into the nearby Gray’s Landing apartment complex.
