Description

A small plastic bag and glass jar of fentanyl that officers seized when they arrested William James O'Donnell on Dec. 17, 2024, according to the FBI.

William O’Donnell failed to show up to federal court Thursday for the third day of his fentanyl distribution trial in Portland. At 9:11 a.m., the judge announced he was issuing a bench warrant for the 64-year-old defendant.
