Description

The sign for the Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, Oregon. A prison employee on Friday experienced symptoms “consistent with possible fentanyl exposure” and was taken to a hospital where they were treated and released, the agency said in a press release.

A Snake River Correctional Institution worker searching a cell Friday morning was exposed to white powder that subsequently tested positive for fentanyl, the Oregon Department of Corrections said.
