☀️ Find a Place to Cool Down ☀️
Need a break from the heat? The City of Albany lists Albany City Hall, Riverfront Community Center, Albany Public Library, and Downtown Carnegie Library as public places to cool down. Please note that the Albany Public Library is experiencing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues and may not be fully cooled. Check current hours before heading out.
Water-based cooling options include the Monteith Riverpark splash pad and Albany Community Pool. Hours, admission prices, and availability vary.
Drink water often, limit strenuous outdoor activity, and check on children, older adults, neighbors, and people with health conditions. Never leave a child or pet inside a parked vehicle.

Please share this information with someone who may need a cool place.
