Description

The National Weather Service released a flash flood warning at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday in effect until 8:15 p.m. for Baker and Malheur counties.

"At 5:15 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Durkee Fire Burn Scar. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly," says the weather service. "Flooding of areas in and around the Durkee Fire Burn Scar."
