Description

A flash flood watch was released by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. in effect until Wednesday at 11 p.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Baker and Malheur counties.

The weather service states, "Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible."
