Description

The USCGC Bluebell arrives in downtown Portland, Oregon along the Willamette River as part of the Rose Festival Fleet Week on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

Enormous ships that visited the Portland waterfront for the Portland Rose Festival’s Fleet Week are leaving on Monday. That means the county will have to raise bridges to let the ships out, affecting commuters who plan to cross the Willamette River on Monday morning.
