Description

A flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 3:36 p.m. in effect until Saturday at 4 a.m. for East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades, North Central Oregon and Central Oregon.

The weather service comments, "Small creek and stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall will be possible."
