The National Weather Service released a flood watch at 2:03 p.m. on Tuesday valid from 11 p.m. until Thursday 11 p.m. for Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon, Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon and Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service informs, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.”
