On Friday at 1:25 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a freeze warning in effect until 9 a.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service adds, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 to 32 degrees in cold-prone locations."
