Description

The National Weather Service issued a high wind watch at 1:49 a.m. on Tuesday valid from Wednesday 5 p.m. until Thursday 11 a.m. for Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and North Central Oregon.

The weather service adds, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible."
