Bend pitcher Addisen Fisher winds up as the Lava Bears take on Lebanon in the Oregon Class 5A softball championship on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Jane Sanders Stadium in Eugene. Bend won 2-1.

On Thursday, UCLA freshman Addisen Fisher was named one of the 10 finalists for the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Freshman of the Year award.
