Description

A former Gresham cop accused of sexually abusing a girl for years is on the run after he took off his ankle monitor and fled while out on bail, police said.

Hector Carranza, 37, has been indicted on dozens of charges, including rape and sexual abuse of an underage girl between the years of 2014 and 2017, court records show.
