On Tuesday at 9:55 a.m. the National Weather Service released a freeze watch valid from Wednesday 11 p.m. until Thursday 9 a.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
The weather service informs, “Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees possible.”
