On Sunday at 9:44 p.m. a freeze watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Wednesday between midnight and 9 a.m. for South Central Oregon Coast and Curry County Coast.
"Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27 degrees are possible," states the weather service. "The coldest temperatures of the week are likely on Wednesday morning, with a potential break in the active pattern that would allow freezing temperatures to develop."
