On Wednesday at 12:39 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a freeze watch valid for Thursday between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Upper Hood River Valley.

The weather service informs, “Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 to 32 degrees possible.”
