The National Weather Service issued a frost advisory at 8:03 a.m. on Sunday valid for Monday between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Upper Hood River Valley.
The weather service says to anticipate, “Overnight low temperatures of 34 to 36 degrees will result in frost formation.”
