Gladstone man sentenced for kidnapping, sexually abusing Canadian girl

Noah Whitefield Madrano pleaded guilty to second-degree rape, second-degree kidnapping and first-degree sexual abuse in Clackamas County court.

A Clackamas County judge on Friday sentenced a Gladstone man to more than 6 years in prison for kidnapping a 13-year-old Canadian girl and bringing her to Oregon in 2022 so that he could sexually abuse her.
