Please join us Saturday, October 18th at 2:00PM in the Main Lobby of Lower Umpqua Hospital for a special recognition ceremony honoring the 2025 Legacy Award recipient:
L. J. Fagnan, M.D.
The Legacy Wall is a permanent tribute to individuals whose passion and hard work have created a lasting legacy for our organization and community.
We are proud to recognize L.J. and look forward to celebrating his significant contributions to the district and rural medicine.
This event is open to the public, and light refreshments will be provided.
