U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany said he is grateful to be alive after a small plane carrying him home from a political event lost power and was forced to make an emergency landing in Lake Wausau on Saturday night. The Wisconsin Republican, who is running for governor, spoke publicly about the ordeal during an emotional news conference Sunday, The Associated Press reported.
