Here’s a closer look at our Administration Division’s overview in the 2025 Annual Report. In addition to everyday support, coordination, and supervision, this team also: ✅ Using community and team feedback, developed the 2025 – 2028 Strategic Plan. ✅ Held 40-hour Crisis Intervention Team training designed to improve the outcomes of encounters between law enforcement and individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. This program aims to divert individuals in crisis from the criminal justice system connect them with appropriate mental health services. ✅ Facilitated, supported, and attended many community events and emergency responses. ✅ Enabled our Peer Support Team to complete more than 105 hours of continuing education and supported LCSO team members and their families, LCSO volunteers, and outside agencies. ✅ Completed 14 Wellness Orientations.
