At 12:52 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a high wind watch valid for Wednesday between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley.

The weather service says, "West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible."
