Description

The National Weather Service issued a high wind watch at 1:32 a.m. on Thursday valid for Saturday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.

The weather service says, "West winds 35 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible."
