Participants are invited to gather at The Natty Dresser at 9:30 am for costume and bike contests before embarking on a delightful tour through Albany's historic districts. The tour ends at Deluxe Brewing for theAlbany Vintage Bicycle Show & Swap Meet. Stay for a drink and lunch. Outside food is permitted, so pack a picnic.
