Description

The Shoreline Building apartments at 123 W. Burnside St. has 62 single-room-occupancy units. It is one of Central City Concern's buildings where residents have been found dead after days, weeks or even two months, according to a series of lawsuits.

It was the smell — fueled by a week of August heat — that led other residents to ask management at Central City Concern’s Old Town Chinatown residential building to check on Eric Eno’s third-story unit.
